What Are Wilder Walks?

Wilder Walks are FREE group coaching walks for midlife women in the Cheshire countryside.

We combine movement, nature and a guided conversation to get you unstuck, boost your self-belief and get you taking small, positive actions. And yes, that includes free coaching from me, which is normally the bit people pay for.

Once a month, at 8:30am on a Sunday morning, we meet in the forest. We ruck - walk with a rucksack to strengthen our bodies - whilst we explore a meaningful theme to strengthen our minds. Think identity, courage, boundaries and what you actually want next. Meanwhile, the glorious combination of forest and fresh air feeds our spirit.

There's no lycra and no fitness test. If you can walk and talk at the same time, you're in.

I created Wilder Walks because I see how much time you spend catering to everyone else's needs, and I know how easy it is to put your own needs last. You know you need to get your steps in, add some weight to your bones and give yourself quality thinking time. But you rarely get round to ticking all three of those boxes because, well... life happens. Wilder is my gift to you - a regular retreat to fill your cup and get you stronger in mind, body and spirit.

And before you ask: no catch, and no upsell when we get back to the car park. You get the woods, the walk and a conversation that might just shift something.
